OK, I took the liberty to write some notes about what I think drives these people. I wasn’t going to do that, but I am a bit pissed this morning. If I am wrong, please email me. I do not know about what drives some of them and I welcome any and all to clarify or submit to the public their campaign platform. If I am wrong, mea culpa, and I will correct and print your presentation as to why you are running, your motivation, background, etc. Honestly, I think almost any of the people who I feel are running with the backing and/or signatures of certain people, would probably follow the 6 month change of heart rule if elected. Obviously, that does not include John Davis. Plus, I am not sure about one other person who reportedly told a policeman that he had served time in prison. ????? Since when can convicts run for office? If anyone can confirm that nasty tidbit, please let me know.

Glen Vickroy - Republican Incumbent, Appointed by Judy and John, turned against them after seeing for himself what they do. Has served the town as Town Council member in earlier years. Long time resident.
Daniel Inlow - Democrat Young man who has graduated from CHS.
Jerry Acrea - Independent Supported by Judy Whitaker, John Davis and reportedly Don Geddert. Lives in Stardust Hills
WARD 2 (center of town)
Don Sublett - Republican Appointed by Judy and John, turned against them after seeing for himself what they do.

Phyllis Gaddis, former Council member Long time Cloverdale resident-old school, sentimental about home town,-loves Cloverdale. Outspoken and anti Davis (who has never spoken to her yet called her names) and anti Whitaker. Lives in Stardust Hills
Terry Puffer, former Council member-Republican Proved Leader Served on many civic boards such as the School Board, Plan Commission, Sports organizations-anti Davis (Davis hit him with his truck after an executive meeting causing bodily injury) and anti Whitaker who targeted him when she started her Coalition for a Better Cloverdale aka Hire Back Gruener campaign, (as a School Board member, Puffer had to kick Judy out of the elementary school due to the principal’s complaints of JUDY’S CONSTANT interference of day to day operations of the school) Lives in central ward.
Steve Caulkins, a former Town employee-Republican Lives in central ward (I think) Young man, CHS grad. Steve, let me know what you stand for.

Patti Truax i- Independent (sides with Judy John Nay Nay) Flavors the minutes to suit Judy (or does Judy write them?) Long time clerk, long time resident of Cloverdale. No one can understand what has motivated her to side with JJNN as former Council members did not have problems with her. If the 6 month rule of thumb doesn’t affect her, then she must be one of them. (?) VOTED BY BREAKING THE TIE TO CUT THE BUDGET IN ORDER TO PAVE THE WAY FOR THE OUSTING OF THE TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT
